Ongoing Whiteboards
Description
Whiteboards created during the session or created afterwards as action plans or progress.
Why we like it
A visual way for the facilitator and participants to follow up on course content, action plans, post-session progress, and progress between sessions.
Process
1. Participants or groups create whiteboards or other process planning visuals like Miro and Trello.
2. Participants revisit their whiteboards to monitor and motivate continued learning and practice.
3. If communication exists after the program or between sessions, have participants check in with others to discuss their progress.
Daisy chain options
a) Involve management or other leaders to report on participant progress and whiteboard goals.
b) If future live sessions are held, use whiteboards for review and participant reintroductions.
Variations
Online whiteboards can be saved and updated easily. Physical or paper-based plans could be shared if needed.
