Description

Create a shared resource page/dropbox where participants deposit files, resources, URLs, documents, etc. to be shared and used by others.

Why we like it

The deposit box functions throughout live sessions as well as after sessions for ongoing contributions. It can become a resource for post-program follow up sessions or online communication.

Process

1. Explain how to use the deposit box and resources. Demonstrate the process if needed.
2. Give suggestions and example resources.
3. Create check ins as needed for participants to explain or demonstrate their resources.

In addition to participant resources, deposit boxes can accompany message boards, quizzes, and other post-session interactions.
