Option A Simulation:

Your group is the offsite planning committee. You have 8-10 minutes to come up with a consensus choice for our offsite location.

Please share short 15-second self-intros and then begin your meeting. The person with the first alphabetical name is the meeting chair and will start the meeting.

Option B Simulation:

Please share short 15-second self-intros (name/role at Fitch/dialing in from what location) and then choose your roles quickly :). You need 1 Brand Manager and one Assistant Brand Manager. More than 2 people? We need 1-2 observers per room.

Your friendly facilitator will tell you when to start the simulation. Observers take not of the back-and-forth dialogue techniques: what do you like? What would you change?
