So Dimitri, what would you like to talk about today?

So I really wanted to talk to you, because I've been so excited and so engaged with this new client project we have, as you've hopefully seen I've been working extra hard, extra long hours. I have a whole bunch of ideas I want to implement with this client, and I'm really looking at this right. I'm giving my offer this firm. I want to really have a larger role on this project. And I really hope you see all the ideas and the work I'm putting into this. It's really just looking for your blessing to have an elevated role here. And you know, I think this can be a fantastic opportunity for me to move forward and expand our role.

Yeah, totally. And you know, I really been seeing you working this late nights, and totally appreciate it. I agree with you, it is a good opportunity for you to really, like elevate yourself and mainly establish yourself as a senior on this project. But don't forget about some of the other colleagues that we have. It's also a good opportunity for them to learn and grow too. I know Anastasia has been bringing up a lot of good ideas during our internal huddle. I think it might be, if you're great, it might be a good opportunity for yourself to maybe establish yourself as a senior project lead, where I think it'd be appropriate for you to try out some of your proposals, but don't forget to listen to the other proposals that some of the other colleagues are bringing forward, I think they are pretty valid in some of the scenarios, and would also be a good opportunity for you to coach, like, maybe again Anna stages, for example, and maybe show her. How do you take an idea or suggestion and, you know, implement it.

That that sounds great, but I just want to make sure, right, that I can, I have, I have all the experience, I have the energy, right? I'm putting in the work. This is an important new client, so I just want to make sure we do the best for the client, and I'm really the one who can execute on that. So I'm happy with, you know, obviously, working with the others, but I can't have them slow me down. Yeah,

I don't think film. I think it's important. When you think about the future, I firmly believe you can execute now, but in the future when maybe I need you on another project, I'm worried about where we get into a scenario where you're too committed, you're over committed on one project, and I can't utilize you on another. I do also want you to help me build up scale with our team, so that, you know, we can spread you across more relationships, more projects, elevate your position, and, you know, build a stronger future for yourself. And you know, lift your core. Were used, and everything else,

okay? And I, I hear you are there, and I just, I just really want to make sure, like we have that connectivity, and that you're taking up, you're seeing kind of my commitment and taking me to the next level. So if involving others is part of that, I'd obviously like to know how that will work, because I need I see myself doing the work with the client, and, you know, getting others involved to another experience they might just bring, you know, slow down the process, bring up, you know, topics that are, you know, not important to getting us there. So how should I approach that? Yeah, so

I think that goes back to maybe developing yourself in that senior world where, not only do you it's good to be the presenter and the originator some of these ideas, but how do you also moderate the other ideas that are coming from a broader team? Like, it's important to also, you know, take outside opinions, feedback, suggestions, and then also being that discussion, creating a discussion forum with your team, because ultimately, we are working as a team. We have our Black Rock principles as one black rock. We do everything as as as a team. You can't do anything alone, some things you could do alone, certainly like small tasks. But when you're bringing the when the ideas bring the breadth of the firm, you can't leave anyone really behind, so that that would be my comment there. Okay,

thank you. And so I I appreciate the role you giving me here with the client and acknowledging my contribution. So to the extent we you see me involving others or taking a leading role, I think that also means quite an elevated role for me in a growth path and recognition. So let's, let's do that.
