You are Macquarie, a member of a business group.

You want the best plan/phone combo, and you really would like it for you team… now, but at the very least you want the technology team to select a supplier in three weeks and start the service in about four weeks.

Ideally you want the plan/phone from “Orange” as you view it is amore prestigious/better.  Other competitors in the market such as “Froogle” are decent but no where near your preference.
