Round 2:

Solution pitch to Levant Commercial Bank Senior leads. 

Having met the client chair over a short chat at the Dubai Airport, you, (the client managers) have now convened this meeting with the senior leads of LCB to pitch a particular solution to their challenges.

Some of the senior leaders you can expect:

  • Visionary: the bank chair or someone similar who sees the larger strategy but also needs a very strong and clear vision from Visa in order to move forward. They are able to look three to even five years in the future. 

  • Gatekeeper/Skeptic: (head of card or a head of retail) . 

  • IT

We've budgeted about 15 to 20 minutes per team, and there are 5 teams in total.  

  • In that 15 minutes you will be presenting to the board for around five to eight minutes with the remainder of time being used to answer questions they have.
